Don’t let fear scare you out of recalibrating previously-set goals. Those targets were set under different conditions and circumstances, so it’s okay if they need to be updated. Take what new information you’re given and adjust accordingly and keep on #DES. Yeah, yeah? Yeah, yeah!

Your best won't always look the same, and THAT'S OK. I want to be perfect and check all the boxes every day. But that’s not sustainable. It's easy to listen to that negative voice in your head, but give yourself compassion and grace to be the human you are.
