It's come to my attention that I don't always take the time I need to mentally rest (and I know I'm not the only one who's guilty of this!) I've learned lately that constantly thinking and doing are not good for me, even if I have the best intentions.
Taking mental breaks several times a week gives your brain the rest it needs to thrive. So read a fiction book or watch a mindless TV show for a few minutes each day to recharge your mind 🧠🌟
