Getting Out of Negative Self Talk

Our minds are powerful ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฅ but they can also be a little negative ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป

I encourage you to reflect on how you're speaking to yourself. What percentage of your internal monologue is kind, supportive, and enjoyable?

Take the time to check in with yourself and make sure you're not being overly critical. And if you are, it's time to CHANGE something in your environment.
